Booking and Payment
- Your booking will be confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit, which is due within 7 days of your initial reservation.
- Full payment is due 7 days before arrival.
- For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Bank transfer details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund
- No-shows: Full payment will be charged
In the event of early departure, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your stay.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 14:00 - 18:00
- Check-out time: By 10:00
- Late check-ins (after 18:00) must be arranged in advance
- Early check-ins are subjext to availability - please contact us to confirm
General Conduct
- Please respect the peace and tranquility of Enjo Nature Farm and your fellow guests.
- Music is not allowed if it can be heard by your neighbours.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay.
- The farm has limited electricity and water resources - please use responsibly.
- Swimming in the pools, river and dams is at your own risk. Please be careful.
- Fires are only permitted in the designated braais and fire pits and must never be left unattended.
- During high fire risk periods, restrictions may apply.
Wildlife and Farm Animals
- Enjo is a working farm with various animals and wildlife.
- Please maintain a safe distance from all farm animals.
- Do not feed any wildlife or farm animals without permission.
Pets
- Our pet policy must be adhered to if bringing pets.

Liability
- Enjo Nature Farm accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or illness that may occur during your stay.
- Guests use all facilities entirely at their own risk.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy
- We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information.
- Your contact details may be used to send important information related to your booking or farm updates.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Force Majeure
- No liability can be accepted if Enjo Nature Farm is unable to provide the agreed services due to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
